CNC MILLING

D&R Machine has been providing reliable high precision machining services to its customers since 1971. With over fifty years of experience, our machinists are no strangers to producing complex machined parts—by either our manual or CNC machines housed in our in-house precision machine shop.

CNC MILLING AT D&R MACHINE

Where precision and adherence to design is the factor for determining the quality of an individual part, repeatability in high quality for all parts we produce is what determines our reliability as a machine shop. With state-of-the-art CNC machinery, our machinists are able to manufacture parts precisely to your specifications with consistent quality throughout any volume, low or high.

With computer numerical control, CNC milling allows for the traditional milling process to be performed with the highest accuracy with proper programming. At D&R Machine's facility, our HAAS Automation CNC Vertical Mills can output high-volumes of parts while maintaining consistency in quality throughout each part's manufacturing cycle. 

D&R Machine houses three CNC vertical mills at its machine shop:

  • (2x) HAAS Automation VF-2SS w/ 30" x 16" x 20" envelope

  • HAAS Automation VF-3 w/ 40" x 20" X 25" envelope
